Just got inspired by the prints I saw earlier on by Style Bubble .Perhaps it has something to do with  the exploration to look for something interesting . Blogger’s delight definitely a key force behind. Talking of prints makes me think of prints of Marni . The Marni Fall 2011 collection is paradigm of prints that are outstanding art of  symmetrical design pattern. The overall geometrical prints in beautiful shapes teamed with statement jewellery on dresses look awesome. The prints seems like inspired from deco art motifs  in black and white , green and black ,pink and blue , green and blue and so on , bright contrasts.Geometric prints is one of the Hot Item. Here are few of the LookBook Marni print  finds ,all extremely fasionable though one  of the  prints sound bit tacky to me . Geometric prints in general are immediate eye catchers. Such prints are quite bold in style .

LooKbOOk of Holly Fulton A/W R-T-W 2011-2012

Rain ! Rain for some its fun and for some gloomy.... overall another day here in Coventry . Blogger rejoices  another blog post  in continuity to my earlier post on The Lookbook Info .  For those who are new here for them here is the link for official fashion site http://www.thelookbook.info . I have still yet to fully digest and express my feeling of “  Rejoice “.Holly Fulton’s cityscape made me to navigate all to the playful side of city . Her   Ready to Wear collection for Autumn Winter 2011-12  have interesting stuff to talk about particularly  the wide leg pants.I find  Holly  Fultons trousers interesting to share with my lookbook blog readers ,a style of fashionable 1970 ‘s that are cut wide  with full round hem . The winters are yet far off  to try wide leg pants which are already in in the spring summer season. There's no need to wait until warmer weather to try out the comeback trend of seventies.  Two wide leg trousers in particular from Holly Fultons are in a way glorifying the style of  commercial shape  .The  red lippy  print against aquamarine background  in wide leg trouser is teamed with beautiful pearl half sleeve top and fur handbag . The second piece in matching  turquoise top with navy cityscape printed wide leg trouser is  an exclusive piece with absorbed beaded neckline in  black jewels makes it perfect for going out occasion. The overall appearance is quite feminine but with funside in it. In my favourite bit her snake skin dress in turquoise with metal rivets around the neck and hem and intricate ruffles at the edges of the sleeves and hem is quite exclusive . A black dress with ruffled armhole and hem is more an elaborate version of her art deco in mix of snake skin and metal studs.  Black straight skirt and full circular printed skirts are in full length alongwith few short length dresses and skirts. A lovely piece of necklace in five crystal jewels with seven mirror human structures dangling reminds of another scene from city all in rush to reach somewhere. I personally find Holly Fulton’s prints phenomenal ,refreshing and unexpected  that made to jump with joy with little nostalgia . LookBook Blogger having a head spinning off  e-zine  magazine hunting with an hour forward .My blog posting is short and  close. My limbs are alright but it’s just too many thoughts stumbling upon  and then fascinated by  Ready to Wear range of Elephtheria  - a ground zero spring shopping. The LookBook Spots Unique Shopping Spot Online

Shopping online could end up in just flicking through the pages ,reading the reviews. Even if you have sorted out with your online shopping it might be long shipping times or cost that might hurt. There are various pros and cons to online shopping which I have tried to overcome in my own way. The world wide web in fashion offers access through large number of fashion websites that have good dresses or outfits but it can be time consuming .The criteria of picking the top page ranking fashion websites time and again can be boring as its something that is almost very similar to each other and limited in services. Chasing the same brands or labels back and forth may endup your wardrobe a mini stand of same style and brand. I know there will be overpouring of photos , reports ,views  and just general Miu 's overwhelming bombardment on lot of online fashion portals .I wasn’t intending to add more to your internet surfing over the same  until I truly realised  that moments of show that can actually be interpreted to DIY series as well  in my blog apart from regular bloggers stuff . However its Miu Miu Autumn /Winter 2011-12 collection , exaggerated shoulder dresses and coats  nipped at waist was a spectacle for audience to gasp and cheer at what woman want. The Miu Miu dressline seems to be inspired from mid 20 th century  collar style called  peter  pan collars , a style more popular for young children though but look equally class on woman .Few white and tan orange shirt collars peeping out over the coats were also seen on the runway .  The interesting mix of motifs scattered here and there on dress in embellishments captured my attention with an idea of converting an old dress of blown out proportion with something like that to revive . The dandelions ,lilies and daises I will be personally more keen at rather than on swallows which I can hardly see anymore chirping in the morning in my window ....think sparrows more a species of high concern now. And if you are really determined to revive your any of the dress then Miu Miu trendline hints at use of big bows twisted into broad waist sash .These cummerbunds looks fantastic when worn with single breasted dinner jackets or for bit different  just simply wearing wonder boa around the shoulders with dress looks interesting style with giant matching clutch. The colours  reminds me of my journey yesterday to redwood glade near milton keynes where the woods were dark and deep but filled with loads of organic colours . Miu Miu dresses came on in  hues of  tan orange ,brown ,navy ,grey and black  .

In my favourite bit was short sleeved cream sweatshirt with elastic band at hem worn more in uniform style with baseball cap and navy pencil skirt and two toned disco boots which covered the feet in glittering gold and silver under the normal matching shade .Overall everything a woman want .

Givenchy tames Full Night creature in gold chains

Boohoo ! today here in coventry it’s a sunny day with sun shinning so bright.On looking outside into the sun  , a day without a cloud in the sky makes me think of flowers attracting butterflies but Givenchy ‘s black panther is staring at me with all the fear of night.The Givenchy limelight scene at fashion bloggers post is unlike the day today out here. However , Givenchy ‘s Autumn/Winter 2011 ready to wear collection is out onto the stage of Paris Fashion Week .And on came panther in black outfits with great features of athleticism but the gold chained collar  hints at essentially tamed and not wild .But still panther’s movement makes us to think of something majestic. I remember a poem “ The Panther “ where Panther is powerless and caged . The movement of powerful strides cut short into small round circles and I guess the gold chained collar perhaps more in control.So not to  fear ,sit comfortably for the panther is not going to pounce on you .  The powerful creature came on in full night in silky black shirts and black pencil skirt . In some outfits made in sheer black fabric we embellishment  with panther theme applique  .Some paired with shinning black jackets and some with black knitted jumper with gold chain around the neckline and wrist either controlling you or meant to be an alternative to jewellery. There the Panther goes into the bush of iris and starts fading out ultimately and the scene gets more black and dark .The scene is total black now with sheer tight pencil skirts worn under velvet or leather skater skirts.Even  in jet black costumes we could see traces of panther theme in the form of shapes used in stitching that reminds of sharp teeth of panther or the panther ears protruding out of the hats. Too much layering in style . Sheer fabrics that look like oraganza ‘s and silks   layered under furs or leather bomber jackets.  Until all turns out to  be florals in purple with round neck jackets . From black sheerness Givenchy tries to fiddle with sheer gold pencil skirt like preparing to throw the night away into bright yellow outfit  that cuts through like very bright sunny day.The yellow kniited cropped top has iris motif in round on the arms. The scene from strength of athlecticism ends into very feminine and elegant.

Paris Fashion Sari Skirt style

Draping Concept that reminds of Indian Saree.

I just been trying to drape my long length stole over my knee length skirt . I wore it once , twice and maybe couple of more times .I was actually trying to work out the  concept of draping style visible in Balenciaga ‘s skirt style shown in Paris Fashion Week in his autumn / winter 2011-12 collection. I tucked my stole at one end  around my waist and made few inch deep pleats and pinned them all together and it had similar optical illusion as seen in Balenciaga ‘s skirts .This draping style  is  of Indian  knee length sarees of  tribal women working in fields however.The saree style became more prominent when I found few pieces  of Balenciaga ‘s skirt in black had fall stitched on the bottom to ensure better drape. The overall collection was quite ladylike. The long length skirts came in white background prints with wild  motifs in common  growth colour pallete of nature such as  red and  black  , oranges and yellows  ,brown and green. Skirts beautifully pleated in front looked quite neat and graceful . Some pieces had patch pockets in front while others showed art of machine stitches in matching thread .Some skirts worn with knitwear and some with smart jacket designed  with leather knits or leather macramé in knots. Skinny trousers  in bright red ,blue and purple worn with oversized graphic coats not only had matching machine stitches but also a feature of zip at the back towards the hemline of trousers.Another attractive feature was visible in shoes was printed ankle straps.

The feel of that luxury and high quality start coming to your mind as soon as your eyes gets exposed to Armani’s Autumn / Winter Collection 2011-12 .

Fineness falls on limelight silk followed by another high thread count outfit which is delicate ,flared and elegant . I would say “Gosh ! its Simply beautiful , strong and unique “.  Simply beautiful because of the feel involved in every piece , strong as every style symbolizes the strong feminity in it and unique for its modernity. The plain ensembles from dark to soft tones of black ,silver gray to nude and peach whispered the elegance that only women can carry.The coats get flared right  from the waist and trousers are flared turn ups that ends above ankles. Bias cut skirts and voluminous lantern skirts stole all the comfort as the models walked in there stilettos.

Where few jackets are seen short and fitted with darts before the waist then as it drops down the waistline all of sudden gets flared emphasizing on body contour there some jackets are as long as hip line or almost of calf length .Amidst  swing jackets one stiff collared three quarter length coat steals the scene with its modernity.Slim line and voluminous silhouettes all bit tasteful in silks ,organza and velvets.

Evening dresses came on with its intricate delicacy some ornamented and showy with gliterring shells and sheer flowy scarves with long fringe hems.Gold ,silver ,peach and pink  to nude tone all supplied with richness of quality.
